Qualifications required:

  • Domestic entry requirements: Students should have a good honours degree (2:2 or above) from a UK university or equivalent and at least a year?s continuous employment in aviation, transport, travel or a closely related field. If students do not have these qualifications they will need: a professional licence such as an Air Transport Pilot?s Licence (ATPL), Aircraft Maintenance Licence (Category A or B), or Air Traffic Controller License, and at least two years? continuous employment in aviation, transport, travel or a closely related field; without a professional licence, students continuous professional experience should have lasted for ten years, with five at management level.
  • International entry requirements: Students should have a minimum of IELTS 6.0, with at least 5.5 for each of the 4 individual components (Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening).
