Course Introduction

This course is designed to give you the skills to successfully and confidently manage more complex and demanding endodontic cases. We will provide the latest evidence based knowledge in endodontology enabling you to successfully integrate endodontic therapy with other aspects of restorative dentistry, and learn research methodology. It is mostly delivered online, so you can study anywhere in the world with minimum disruption to your professional and personal life while benefitting from world-class teaching.

This is a three-year course leading to an MSc in Endodontics. You will study the scientific basis of endodontology, diagnosis and treatment planning for patients with complex endodontic problems, and clinical treatment of patients with endodontic and other restorative problems. You will also study and develop research methodology skills to enable you to undertake a research project and further your expertise. We will train you with the latest evidence-based knowledge in endodontology and enable you to successfully integrate endodontic therapy with the other aspects of restorative dentistry.

Qualifications required:

  • Domestic entry requirements: Students should have a dental qualification acceptable to the College. They should employment as a dentist in a dental practice, dental school, hospital, or community dental services environment.
  • International entry requirements: Students can demonstrate their English Language Proficiency with any of the following tests and grades: IELTS (Academic): 6.5 overall with a minimum of 6.0 in each skill; TOEFL IBT: 92 overall, with a minimum 23 in each skill; Cambridge Advanced Certificate (CAE): 176 overall with a minimum of 169 in each skill; Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE): 176 overall with a minimum of 169 in each skill; Pearson Test of English (Academic): 62 overall, with a minimum of 52 in each skill. The tests listed above are valid if they have been taken within the past two years.
