Course Introduction

This course will equip you with the professional and practical skills that will enable you to become an effective manager of teams and individuals. You will develop the people management skills to confidently handle complex interpersonal interactions within changing business contexts.

You will study leadership and management skills, as well as business planning, ethics, cross-cultural management and international business environments, project management and digital marketing.

You will also be encouraged to enter our business planning competition, which rewards student entrepreneurship and innovation with prizes of investment capital. Through our employer networks, you will be linked with a mentor who will support you In developing your business plan.

Graduates from this course are prepared for management roles in the private, public or voluntary sectors, such as positions in general management,

functional management (finance, marketing, operations or personnel), management consultancy or small business initiatives.
