Course Introduction

Adult nursing is a rewarding and challenging career, enabling you to make a real difference to people's lives. You will work with adults of all ages, who may have one or more long or short-term physical/mental health conditions. These could include: heart disease, arthritis, dementia, diabetes, cancer, injuries (caused by an accident, for example). You’ll learn first-hand from professionals on clinical placements in some of the largest NHS Trusts in east London. You’ll be supported by qualified mentors and practice educators.Adult nursing is a rewarding and challenging career, enabling you to make a real difference to people’s lives. As a student studying adult nursing you will achieve a BSc (Hons) Adult Nursing and become registered as an Adult Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
