The RCA has strong connections with creative industries and the professional worlds of art and design.

Numerous projects, prizes and award schemes are sponsored by industrial partners each year.

The annual Summer Show of final year student work is one of the main highlights of the UK art and design events calendar, attracting many potential patrons and employers.

International Students

The RCA has a vibrant multicultural international community.

You can enjoy a free airport pick-up service when you first arrive in London, which will take you from Heathrow to the RCA Kensington Campus.

In order to welcome you to the RCA, the Student Support team run an international orientation at the beginning of every academic year. The orientation is made up of various events to introduce new students to living in London and studying at the RCA.

The Students' Union is home to the ArtBar and RCAfe where students can meet to chat or hold a party. The union also organises events where students can debate, dance or meet people from other courses.

What Students Say:

"There are some fantastic resources at the RCA. There's a good system where visiting artists will give tutorials. Quite often, artists are invited in by students and the college supports that. You can have as much or as little tutorial attention as you want – it's very flexible. I might not have any tutorials when my work is on track, but before a big show, I'll have four tutorials to polish up my work and bring it to a peak."
