City University London is the first university in the UK to be accredited by the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) for its outstanding levels of student service.
The independent ICS report highlights how City’s Student Centre provides excellent support to students throughout their time at City, on a wide range of issues including:
- Careers
- Childcare
- Counselling
- Disability services
- Financial support
- Health and safety
- Student accommodation
- Study skills
The Student Centre provides free support to all of the university’s 21,000 students from 156 countries.
