There’s just two years remaining until London welcomes millions of people to the city when it hosts the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
With the Games getting ever closer, the city has been making lots of progress as we prepare for the Opening Ceremony on 27 July 2012.
The stadiums are almost finished, more than £600 million has been raised in sponsorship and the volunteer programme has been launched today to begin recruiting the 70,000 volunteers who will help make the Games possible.
As a student in London, you too can volunteer for this international event. In addition to boosting your CV with a high profile project, you’ll meet people from around the world and gain valuable experience working in teams.
