Course Introduction

This course is for dentists who have an established dental practice and are seeking to gain knowledge of an evidence'based approach to aesthetic treatment; the mode of delivery of distance learning, which combines online and face'to'face components, enables dentists to remain in dental practice while training, ensuring no loss of income or work experience and establishes a dental practice using skills learnt on the programme; the course has been designed to provide theory, support and discussion groups by online training using a dedicated virtual learning environment, to provide access to content wherever students are in the world.

Course Modules

Modules include: Introduction to aesthetic restorative practice; pre'treatment considerations for aesthetic dentistry; aesthetic techniques 1; intensive face'to'face course; aesthetic techniques 2; soft and hard tissue considerations; intensive face'to'face course; completion of clinical practice module.
