The overarching aim of the course is to develop enterprising and entrepreneurial business leaders with innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities that can be applied in a wide range of business con'texts. The course will foster an innovative, enterprising and entrepreneurial mind set to enable students to develop an awareness of intellectual assets and enhance their capacity to develop, manage and capitalise on them in order to consider new venture creation and self'employment as valid post graduate career options.
The course will enable students to take an integrative and holistic approach to entrepreneurial leadership and management, building on the knowledge and skills needed to create and lead sustainable business entities in a complex and dynamic global enterprise environment.
The course is designed to attract a diverse body of graduates from a wide range of subject areas to create a positive learning experience for all.
The curriculum provides a practical and integrative approach to innovation, enterprise and entrepreneurship taught via six core modules, leading to the creation of a professional standard, commercially and academically robust business plan as the final project.
