Course Introduction

This pathway has a strong focus on the core skills and knowledge required by the baking industry, with a particular emphasis on the science of baking.

This course is ideal for those interested in studying baking science who also wish to incorporate baking technology and perspectives into their learning. These complementary disciplines will be explored through lectures, laboratory sessions and student centered learning. Students will examine Baking Science and Technology with an emphasis on the scientific aspects impacting upon the baking sector.
