Course Introduction

The masters degree provides the opportunity to: study a programme that is unique in the UK; look at a range of current issues and debates, including discussions about girls' access to and achievements in school; femininities, masculinities and gender relations within education; the ways in which the state and society shapes the politics of gender and education; and approaches to social justice and education.
