This course aims to develop students as human resource (HR) practitioners by concentrating on 4 key areas: Theory and practice; management consultancy and diagnostic techniques; integrated strategy in HR and problem'solving; and analysis at both operational and strategic levels.

2nd Class degree in related field. Students with a PGDip in management studies, MBA or IPD Graduate Membership may be given exemptions. Applications are welcomed from students without the standard requirements but with significant relevant work experience.
