The research programme has strong interests in the following research areas: Economics of labour markets and education; behavioural economics; international and development economics; economics of film and the leisure industries; economics of financial and forecasting markets; emerging markets; foreign direct investment; and political economy.
Course Additional Entry
A minimum classification of 2.1 in a first degree (or equivalent); and, preferably, a Masters degree (or Masters degree pending); and (if English is not your first language) appropriate English Language qualifications (you will normally be required to achieve minimum IELTS scores of 6.5 or equivalent). You will also need to have the commitment and motivation to undertake a sustained programme of independent and self'directed study and training as a researcher.
