Research focuses on experimental, creative approaches to new media, with specialist interests in internet art and games theory and digital arts in the gallery, with a strong focus on interdisciplinary arts/science collaborations. The development of experimental film/video connects with wider issues of autobiography and moving image in the gallery.
Course Additional Entry
A minimum classification of 2.1 in a first degree (or equivalent); and, preferably, a Masters degree (or Masters degree pending); and (if English is not your first language). Appropriate English Language qualifications (you will normally be required to achieve minimum IELTS scores of 6.5 or equivalent). You will also need to have the commitment and motivation to undertake a sustained programme of independent and self'directed study and training as a researcher.
