Based within our Westminster Business School, a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) approved Centre of Excellence, our Human Resource. Management research programme has strong interests in the following areas: Skills, labour markets and programme evaluation; employment relations and employee voice; equality and diversity; and organisational change and culture. Our monthly research seminars draw both external and internal speakers. Research students also benefit from a doctoral colloquium where they present their work and receive feedback from senior researchers in addition to their own supervisory team.
Course Additional Entry
A minimum classification of 2.1 in a first degree (or equivalent); and, preferably, a Masters degree (or Masters degree pending); and (if English is not your first language) appropriate English Language qualifications (you will normally be required to achieve minimum IELTS scores of 6.5 or equivalent). You will also need to have the commitment and motivation to undertake a sustained programme of independent and self'directed study and training as a researcher.
