This course allows students to combine the study of politics with advanced methodological training in the social sciences and extensive study in an African/Asian/Middle Eastern language. Courses are taught by a combination of methods, principally lectures, tutorial classes, seminars and supervised individual study projects.
Core modules: Qualitative social research; quantitative social research; masterclass in social research; dissertation.
