Course Introduction

This course is designed for artists using film, video and moving image who want to develop their practice and their networks to a level that enables them to work within the professional art world. The programme will focus on the development of this project, together with an intensive critical studies course, technical skills training and a unique professional development programme.

Methodologies of artists' film; history and theory of artists; professional development.

Course Additional Entry

You should have (or expect to be awarded) an undergraduate degree of at least upper 2nd Class standard in art or film, or equivalent, and be able to demonstrate evidence of moving image work. You should also have a project you are concerned to develop through your participation on the course. You might also be considered for the programme if you aren't a graduate or your degree is in an unrelated field, but have relevant experience and can show that you have the ability to work at postgraduate level.
