Course Introduction

Drawing on current and historical theory and research, the programme will enable you to understand, describe, and predict workplace outcomes and to develop ways of improving these outcomes.

Learning, training and development; psychological assessment at work; well'being at work; research methods 1; leadership, engagement and motivation; work design, organisational change and development; research methods 2; professional practice; dissertation.

Course Additional Entry

A minimum of a lower 2nd Class (2.2) UK Honours undergraduate degree or its international equivalent from a recognised institution. We will continue to accept the following English language proficiency tests: IELTS; PTE Academic; Cambridge Advanced; Regent's University London on campus diagnostic test.
