Course Introduction

This course is aimed at those with an interest in developing an already strong performance profile towards a career in performance and/or teaching. Students will work towards a final recital performance, with the support of group seminars and individual tuition on their instrument or voice. They will be able to study individually either with Royal Holloway'affiliated performance teachers, or an external teacher of their choice, subject to agreement with the Music department.

Course Additional Entry

Undergraduate degree in music, performance with a mark of II (i) in the performance component. Candidates will only be offered places following audition. Alternatives will not normally apply, however the department welcomes all enquiries. Applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS 6.5 overall with 7 in Writing and minimum of 5.5 in each subscore.
