Open to international students only, our BSc Management and Entrepeneurship (with International Foundation Year) is suitable for you if your academic qualifications do not yet meet our entrance requirements for an undergraduate degree. This four'year course includes a foundation year (Year Zero), followed by a further three years of undergraduate study. International students who are admitted to this programme will normally be eligible for a four'year CAS and student visa. This will last the duration of the degree. Our English language and academic skills modules supplement your academic subjects. This programme teaches students how to lead people, create business opportunities, and understand and influence consumers. You'll be taught in the Institute of Management Studies (IMS), which specialises in training innovation and global leadership ' it is where an entrepreneurial mindset is at the core of new and mature businesses. The programme is unique in teaching scientific knowledge and skills not only in core management, but also in entrepreneurship and innovation, project management, strategy, and consumer behaviour. Students will benefit from our cross'sector industry links, and guidance from leading academics in subjects that underpin effective leadership, including psychology, design and sociology. We regularly invite industry specialists to our distinguished speakers series and our innovation case studies, so you'll become aware of management and entrepreneurship issues in their wider context, and will have the opportunity to network with people who are active in these fields.
