Course Introduction

This course has been designed in response to ever'increasing interest in the development and use of medicines derived from natural products.

Course Modules

Core modules: analytical techniques in phytochemistry; biodiversity and medicines; medicinal natural products; natural products discovery; therapeutic natural products and ethnopharmacology.

Course Additional Entry

A minimum of a 2nd class UK Honours degree in pharmacy or the pharmaceutical, chemical, biological or medical sciences, or a related field, or an overseas qualification of an equivalent standard.
