Course Introduction

Course Additional Entry

The Programme addresses the Secretary of State's Initial Teacher Training Criteria (TA 2012) and subsequent revisions. Details are provided in selection criteria. Applicants must: hold and be able to provide certificated evidence of having an undergraduate degree conferred by a United Kingdom higher education institution or an equivalent qualification; have achieved at least a grade C or above in both Mathematics and English Language GCSEs (or approved equivalents). Equivalency tests in both Mathematics and English offered by Equivalency Testing are also accepted; have recently observed lessons in a UK secondary school ; have a broad'based educational background and be able to read effectively and communicate clearly in standard spoken and written English; and the UCAS form requires candidates to provide the details of two referees.
