Semester 1: Corporate governance principles and practice; research design and methods; semester 2: dissertation (circa 16,000 words) in the subject area of corporate governance.
Course Additional Entry
Completion of Professional Stages part 2 of the International Qualifying Scheme of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA). Business experience is considered desirable. 6.5 in IELTS (or equivalent).
