Course Introduction

The programme will equip students with practical skills and theoretical grounding in public health sciences. Students will gain in'depth knowledge of evidence'based public health theory, global health, ethics in public health, and social determinants of health.

Course Modules

Module include: Introduction to research methods and applied data analysis; advanced applied data analysis; advanced research methods; public health; epidemiology; global health; social determinants of health.

Course Additional Entry

Applicants should hold an upper second class honours degree or the equivalent from an international institution. Relevant employment experience in the health sector is taken into consideration. Applicants who have a lower second class honours degree but have relevant employment experience in the health sector may be considered.
