Course Introduction

The course will enable students to apply contemporary management and design thinking to support key organisations to compete in the growing global markets using: creativity, strategy and management theory. On the course students will learn to research, apply and present/pitch design innovation and branding campaigns with mentored design partnerships or teams on Industry set briefs. The results are projects driven by student's new knowledge. Students study luxury design, design innovation and its relationship to the experience of creative management through brand strategies. This is then applied creatively to a range of live industry projects. Through carefully designed modules you will explore a range of evolutionary and revolutionary processes that build a professional understanding of current global environments.

Course Modules

Modules include: creative practice research methods; professionalization; praxis 1; innovation; praxis 2; major project or dissertation; internship or industry mentored brief; major project or dissertation (part 2).

Course Additional Entry

An undergraduate degree (2:2 or above); international students need to meet our English language requirement at either IELTS at 6.5 or above, and a minimum of 5.5 for each of the 4 individual components. Pearson PTE Academic at score 58 or above, or an equivalent secure English language test. In some countries where teaching is in English, we may accept local qualifications.
