Students on this course develop an understanding of the role of gender as a tool for analysis and critical analytical skills in feminist legal methods.

Course Modules

Feminist legal theory; human rights of women; affirmative action law; law and postcolonial theory; migration, gender and the law in South East Asia and beyond; dissertation.
