Course Introduction

If you want to develop your practical coaching skills while learning about psychology in sports performance, this course will put you on the right track. Course Modules

Year 1: students gain a broad introduction to the underlying principles of sport science through a generic 1st year. Year 2 modules provide a more specific focus on the areas of sport psychology and sports coaching. In the 3rd year, students have increased scope to focus learning on areas most relevant to their specific interests. This includes an independent research project in the area of their choice.
