Course Introduction

Course Modules

Level 1 topics include: calculus and linear algebra; mathematical proof and structures; mathematical programming; financial mathematics with statistics 1. Level 2 topics include: further calculus with differential equations; project management; work related learning; discrete mathematics and group theory. Options include: financial mathematics with statistics 2; computational mathematics. Level 3 topics include: academic independent study; algebra and analysis; mathematical modelling; financial and statistical modelling; cryptography and coding theory; mathematics of infinity; extension of knowledge module.
