This course will extend students professional knowledge and ability to perform at a senior level in the regeneration and related professions. It provides an opportunity to study issues of regeneration in depth across a range of different strategic contexts.
Modules include: Development and regeneration; regeneration strategies and projects; sustainable places; planning in London; housing management and renewal; housing and urban development; city marketing; planning practice project; plus a dissertation for the masters award.

2.2 Bachelors degree/Bachelor degree equivalent to UK cecond Class honours lower division in a relevant subject preferred but we do take graduates from a wide range of disciplines. Non'graduates will be considered if they have substantial experience at middle to senior level in a relevant regeneration organisation. They will be interviewed by the Course Director on application. We welcome equivalent qualifications from around the world. English language qualifications for international students: IELTS score of 6.5 or Cambridge Proficiency or Advanced Grade C.
