The course is designed for graduates of any discipline who intend to develop a career in global business in the area of human resource management, or in any area of management which places a high priority on the exercise of people management skills. The course is taught in English in both London and Paris. You will study in Paris ' 4 months, and London ' 4 months followed by 6'7 month international internship. Students will also be awarded two Masters degrees: MSc in International Human Resources Management (UK) and a Human Resources Management and Development (RMDRH) degree (France).
Modules include: Introduction to HR; business game; international economics; international human resources; managing in an international environment; HR strategy and policy; managing and leading people; HR administration and legal environment; key processes in human resources management and HRIS; soft skills in HR management; coursework in English; research methods; fundamentals of international management; international strategic HR management; people resourcing; international employee relations; talent management: recruitment and people development; planning and development; compensation and benefits; employee and labour relations; international mobility and global packages; HR strategy and policies; best practices in HRM; dissertation. 6'7 month internship in an international HR role to support the dissertation and further career opportunities and improve your French language skills.
Course Additional Entry
A minimum of a 2.2 Class honors degree. Students are usually from overseas wishing to gain a masters level degree in international HR on a truly internationally delivered course in Paris, Madrid and London, which they can then utilise back in their country of origin or to further an international career. The course also attracts a number of UK, Spanish and French students wishing to specialise in international human resource management.
