This course aims to provide students with an in'depth immersion in commercial law from both comparative and international perspectives, within a common law framework. It enables students to enhance their understanding of their own legal system, by giving them the tools to explore current commercial law issues from an international and comparative perspective.
Course Additional Entry
An Honours degree (2.1 or above); applications from practising lawyers who have qualified either in France or their home jurisdiction or with legal work experience are welcome. Non'native English speakers are required to obtain our minimum English language entry requirements through a recognised English language qualification, for example IELTS, IBTOEFL, ILEC or Cambridge (proficiency).
