Course Introduction

The BA (Hons) Music Technology with Music Performance course is an innovative, exciting and challenging programme of study that allows students to acquire and develop the range of skills necessary to succeed in the industry.

Course Modules

Level 4: Music technology 1 (MIDI and synthesis); audio theory; performance studies 1A; introduction to sound; performance studies 1B; music video production. Level 5: Music in industry; creative sound; performance studies 2A; music technology 2 (MIDI and sampling); sound technology; performance studies 2B. Level 6: Digital broadcast media; audio post production; performance studies 3A; experimental sound; project; performance studies 3B.
