Course Introduction

This programme builds on existing skills and experience to enable the student to lead and support the development and subsequent delivery of evidence based infection prevention practice; the pathway covers working in an infection prevention team either in an acute or community setting.

Course Additional Entry

Applicants should be working in a practice role, which involves regular patient and client contact; a minimum 2.2 Honours degree or equivalent; applicants with other backgrounds or qualifications, including those without a degree are welcomed.
