The course is part'time and designed to fit around professional working life; the degree is project'centred, giving the chance to carry out a creative, practice'based or academic project in new media; if accepted on to the course, students conduct a project over 2 years, under our supervision, as well produce a dissertation in the 2nd year on a related theme.
Year 1: project proposal; project research and development. Year 2: project production; project evaluation; 3 months extension for your dissertation.

Typical applicants are working full or part'time in the creative arts, communication and cultural industries, with a good first degree in the arts, humanities or social sciences, or equivalent professional experience. For example, a Bachelor degree equivalent to UK second Class honours lower division.
