Course Introduction

This course is for registered midwifes to broaden their knowledge and practice skills.

Course Modules

Year 1: Understanding the fundamentals of midwifery theory and practice; research methods and processes; integrating midwifery theory and practice; at risk and complicated pregnancy and childbirth theory and practice. Year 2: Professional conduct exploring the boundaries; developing the midwife's public health role; proposition module, consolidated theory and practice.
