Course Introduction

This course provides advanced study of modern global social; political; and cultural interactions, focusing on the global and local and the relationship between worldwide empires and the regions of Asia, Africa and the Americas; students choose from a range of options and take a compulsory module in transnational history.

Course Additional Entry

A 2.1 Honours degree (or above); or overseas equivalent in history or a related subject such as politics; students without a history degree may be required to show relevant research skills in order to be accepted.
