Course Introduction

The programme offers advanced practical experience and supervised training together with an in'depth research project within an active research group. This course covers genetics, biochemistry, molecular biology, neuroscience, and cardiovascular sciences; there are also generalist workshops on statistics, bioinformatics patenting etc, and a choice of over 20 specialist bioscience workshops (e.g. microarray, forensics); students undertake a 6'month research project in a research'active laboratory.

Course Additional Entry

An Honours degree (2.1 or above) in a biological, molecular biological or biomedical sciences'related subject or an overseas equivalent.
