Course Introduction

The programme aims to develop critical understanding of the management of information systems in the context of the organisational issues and challenges that impact on their development and application.

Course Modules

Modules include: enterprise modelling; systems in context; digital innovation; ICTs and strategic change; systems project management; data management and business intelligence; business integration; research methods; dissertation.

Course Additional Entry

A UK 1st or 2nd Class Honours degree or equivalent internationally recognised qualification and motivation to develop a reflective understanding of the theory and practice of this complex and exciting subject area. A computing'related background may be advantageous to applications but is not a strict requirement. Applicants with other qualifications and/or substantial industrial experience (that is relevant to the subject area) may be eligible to study on the course. In this case, students will be required to attend an interview and may be asked to do some preparatory work for the course. All international students must show evidence that they meet the English requirement for their course of study: IELTS: 6.5 (minimum 6 in all areas). Pearson: 58 (51 in all subscores). BrunELT: 65% (min 60% in all areas).
