Course Introduction

In close collaboration with some of the biggest employers in the IT industry, we have created this four'year degree, with a unique balance of IT, management, and business, which specifically aims to ensure our graduates have the tools they need to excel in, and lead, the industries of the future.

Course Modules

Year one: compulsory courses: foundations of management; information world; programming 1; communication and behaviour in organizations; introduction to marketing; accounting for business; information systems; cognitive systems and intelligent technologies. Year two: compulsory courses: programming 2; management information and control; software engineering and human computer interaction; e'business environment and management; business in a competitive environment; web technologies, users and management; database systems. Final year: compulsory courses: project management; dissertation; interaction design; innovation management. Optional courses: either: managing information and information technology or communications and networks. Final year: compulsory courses: entrepreneurial finance; business strategy; organisational behaviour; decision and risk analysis; leadership, ethics and communication; group and individual research and consultancy project.
