Course Introduction

This programme enables you to contribute to the policy process in government, non'governmental organisations and consultancy practice, and have a depth of knowledge in a range of policy areas.

Course Modules

Modules include: Public policy and management: perspectives and issues; public policy and strategy; the international monetary fund and economic policy; decentralisation and local governance; privatisation and public'private partnerships; public policy and management: development assistance.

Course Additional Entry

Applicants should have a recognised UK Bachelor's degree, or international equivalent, in a social science discipline; qualifications in other subjects are assessed on their merits; candidate's application may be considered if they have previous education and experience, equivalent to a degree'level qualification, which includes suitable preliminary training.
