This course has been developed from the accounting and finance and the business management courses. The course covers the theories, models and practice of management accounting and finance and develops an understanding of how they integrate in the wider business environment. Students become able to demonstrate the ability to critically analyse and use relevant information to offer interpretations and solutions to problems.
Modules include: Quantitative methods in accounting and finance; corporate finance; management accounting; managing people and organisations; financial management; international money and finance; project management; research methods and dissertation. Optional modules: international business strategy; international marketing; consultancy practice.
Course Additional Entry
An Honours degree preferably in business management, accounting and finance or economics; applicants whose 1st language is not English require IELTS of 6.5 overall.
