The course is designed to equip you for a very wide range of careers in banks, investment banks, securities firms, portfolio managers, finance departments of industrial and service companies, consultants, central banks, auditors, multinational financial organisations, etc.
Term 1: commercial and investment banking; financial statements analysis; finance and investments; quantitative methods for finance. Term 2: corporate finance; fixed income and currency derivatives; risk management; international finance. Term 3: One elective and a business research project.
Course Additional Entry
An Honours degree; a background in economics or finance is an advantage, but other degrees e.g engineering, natural sciences and mathematics are considered.
