On this course, you will be encouraged to be a 'breakthrough design communicator', to be innovative, inventive and inspire change. Whether you choose to remain broadly based or decide to specialise, you will develop a highly individual portfolio to reflect your career aspirations.

Course Modules

Core and optional modules include: Year 1: design I; design II; typographic principles and computer studies; themes in the history of design for communication and media I; themes in the history of design for communication and media II; language option; portfolio and end of year show. Year 2: design studies II; design studies III; careers management; contemporary issues in research; dissertation research options; language option; portfolio and end of year show. Year 3: design studies V; professional portfolio; professional practice; degree show exhibition; dissertation.
