This course enables students practising in midwifery to plan an individualised pathway of study designed to meet professional and service development objectives.
Students are required to take 2 core modules: Social research methods; or advanced practitioner enquiry; and dissertation; or work based learning project
Course Additional Entry
Candidates should have a good Honours degree (2.2 or above) in midwifery or a related subject area and be working as a midwife or have recent midwifery experience i.e. within the last year. Applications from students who do not have a degree but who have successfully completed level 7 continuing professional development (CPD) modules or who can provide evidence of their ability to pursue successfully the PG Diploma or MSc are welcomed.
