Course Introduction

The course is for practising lawyers, regulators, academics and those with a specific need for knowledge of EU Copyright and related law. To provide a general understanding of the substantive rules of EU law concerning copyright and related matters and the relation between domestic copyright protection and EU law.

Course Modules

Modules include: UK copyright law I; UK copyright law II; US copyright law; french and german copyright law; EU and international copyright law.

Course Additional Entry

An Honours degree in law or in a related discipline (2.1 or equivalent); or a qualified barrister or solicitor qualification; applications from candidates who have achieved a comparable academic level through past studies and where previous study, work or experience has made the applicant a suitable candidate for admission are welcome.
