Course Introduction

The programme provides students with the opportunity to obtain a much deeper understanding of cutting edge maritime law in a wide range of subjects, including admiralty law, carriage of goods by sea, international sales, marine insurance and world trade law.

Course Modules

Admiralty law; carriage of goods by sea; law of international trade; marine insurance; world trade law; international law of the sea; international commercial arbitration.

Course Additional Entry

Applicants should hold an Honours degree in law or an equivalent qualification (for some courses an appropriate professional qualification and relevant experience is also acceptable); applicants whose native language is not English require an IELTS score of 7 or equivalent.
