Course Introduction

The course develops students' creative skills while also giving an overview of how to manage the industries, including museums and galleries effectively within the creative economy.

Course Modules

Modules may include: design thinking and entrepreneurship in practice; managing creativity and innovation; leadership in the creative economy; contemporary issues in the creative economy; materialising histories 2: images, objects and environments; theory of the object; personal research project.

Course Additional Entry

A 2nd Class degree or above in a relevant area; 2 years' work experience in the creative industries; portfolio; interview; applicants whose 1st language is not English are expected to meet our requirements for English language proficiency, which are: IELTS of 6.5 overall or equivalent.
