This programme will feature the involvement of trade mark and patent practitioners; give you a solid basis for further specialisation in trade mark law; give you the necessary legal knowledge, whilst you work, enhancing your practical skills.
Modules include: Foundations of law for trade mark practice; trade mark law and practice A; trade mark law and practice B; designs and copyright law.
Course Additional Entry
Applicants are required to have a minimum 2.2 Honours degree. Non'native English speaking applicants for either stream are required to demonstrate a proficiency in the English language (IELTS or equivalent).
