Course Introduction

The programme gives students the opportunity to bring their own innovation project to develop within the postgraduate creative studios and advanced prototyping facilities at Goldsmiths. Projects could include: new forms of service design; product development; user experience design; craft based innovation; technology transfer; material or process innovation; or another form of innovation. Students work with experts from a wide range of subject areas and disciplines, including: designers; social scientists; philosophers; creative business experts; psychologists; engineers and material experts.

Methods and processes of innovation; creative business; discourses of innovation; studio practice.

Course Additional Entry

A degree. For applicants whose native language is not English: IELTS score of 6.5 (with a minimum of 6.5 in the written element and no individual element lower than 6.0).
