The Graduate Entry LLB (Hons) is a senior status law degree which allows non'law graduates to achieve an LLB law degree in just two years rather than the usual three.
Year 2 core subjects: constitutional & administrative law; contract law; criminal law; equity & trusts; EU law; land law; tort law. In addition to the core legal subjects, the first year includes: an introduction to legal techniques; an introduction to key issues in the organisation of a legal system. Year 3: banking law; Canadian constitutional law; Canadian corporate law; city enterprise services; commercial & agency law; commercial property law; company law; competition law; criminal justice; employment law; evidence; family and child law; human rights law; immigration law; intellectual property law; international commercial arbitration; international criminal law; international economic law; Islamic law; justice, law and history; legal skills; maritime law; media law; public international law.
